“Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I think I must have cut my teeth on a wooden spoon. My hobby is collecting cookbooks and new recipes, and I compiled Granny’s kitchen with family and my favorite recipes. When my grandchildren come for a visit and hit the door, I hear them say, ‘MM-MM, it smells like Granny’s kitchen.’ So, this book was an act of love and posterity, which I dedicate to my nine grandchildren. A recipe that is not shared will soon be forgotten, but when it is shared, it will enjoyed by future generations.”
